Hello

My name is Glen Foster

With a real passion for start-ups, Glen joined Xero back in 2010 when the now well-known global accounting software business had 6 people in the UK. Throughout his tenure, Xero grow from those 6 people to 600 and from 200K to 155m in annual recurring revenue. That growth wasn’t without its challenges and through almost 13 years and a number of roles, Glen developed some strong skills that position him well to help other start-ups and scale-ups.

 

With a background in building teams, the Xero GTM team went from 2 people to 150 under Glen’s leadership with an exceptional eNPS of 70+. Glen has a background in hiring talent and building teams, devising sales and marketing strategy, coaching and developing individual contributors and sales leaders and importantly executing a plan to drive world-class results. 

 

Following Xero, Glen joined a French payments startup called Libeo where he took on the role of Northern European Managing Director and CMO with a remit of embedding Libeo not only into the UK but enhancing and optimising Libeo’s full marketing organisation.

 

Glen is particularly passionate about building great teams, psychological safety and personal growth of sales leaders as well as helping small businesses to get paid faster with technology.
